Core Concept CASET PLUS+ is a hidden series of tapes that follows "Tape 6" and "Tape 7." You play as an archival researcher who comes into possession of a box of CASET PLUS+ tapes. These tapes serve as the missing pieces that connect "Tape 6" (found at the hospital) and "Tape 7" (discovered at the hotel). Playing each PLUS+ tape transports you into a reconstructed memory of the events depicted. Why it’s "different" and "more realistic"
The experience begins with investigation and storytelling rather than horror and survival; the horror builds gradually. Realistic tape player mechanics: play, rewind, fast-forward, tape hiss, and audio distortion. You must manually wind the tapes and clean the playback head. Realistic sound and lighting: echoing environments, flashlight battery management, flickering beams, and authentic shadow rendering (building on the techniques used in "Tape 7").
Limited inventory: batteries, tapes, and a notebook—you cannot carry everything at once. Chapters (an extended adventure) The Delivery: The archive office (your hub). You open the box and familiarize yourself with the tape player. The Hospital: Revisit the setting of "Tape 6" from a new perspective. The PLUS+ tapes alter the original segments. The Hotel: The Marlowe Hotel. Uncover the missing testimonies from "Tape 7." The Recording Studio: Where the two narratives converge—a new, larger environment. The Finale: Multiple endings based on the choices you make.
